About modification of the Regulations on procedure for transfer of apartments (houses), premises in hostels in property of citizens

According to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 30, 2014 No. 197, and for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act in compliance with the current legislation I order:

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for transfer of apartments (houses), premises in hostels in property of citizens approved by the order of the Ministry concerning housing and communal services of Ukraine of December 16, 2009 No. 396, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 29, 2010 on No. 109/17404, the following changes:

Item 18 after paragraph two to add 1) with new paragraphs the third, fourth the following content:

"Copy of the identity document;

technical data sheet on the apartment (house), premises in the hostel;".

With respect thereto third - the tenth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the fifth - the twelfth;
