About modification and amendments in some orders of the Government
The government DECIDES:
1. In the Order of the Government No. 718 of September 3, 2014. "About implementation of the Law No. 134 of July 11, 2014 on ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the Government of the Republic of Poland about receipt of credit aid" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 261-267, 766), to make the following additions:
1) to bring Item 1-1 of the following content:
"1-1. Conditions of recrediting of the money received within the help provided by the Government of the Republic of Poland to final beneficiaries of the Program of the conditional help for agricultural industry are:
a) loan repayment period up to 12 years, including grace period up to 3 years;
b) rate of 2% per annum from the borrowed amount, including 0,5 of % for covering of operating expenses of public organization "Division on Implementation of the Credit Aid Provided by the Government of the Republic of Poland", but within the annual budget approved with the Ministry of Finance;
c) penalty fee in the amount of 10% per annum for each day of delay from the total amount of the credit and/or credit rate with the expired repayment period";
Item 3 to state 2) in the following edition:
"3. Benefits on management for implementation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the Government of the Republic of Poland about receipt of credit aid will be developed by the appointed organizations on implementation according to Items 1 and 2 and approved by the general order of the Minister of Agriculture and the food industry and the Minister of Finance – in the field of agricultural industry and the Minister of Economic Affairs and the Minister of Finance – in the field of the industry".
