5) form of the certificate on state registration of the election fund of the candidate of Parliament and maslikhats;

6) form of the certificate on state registration of the election fund of political party (electoral bloc).

2. Charge to departments of justice of areas, the cities of Astana and Almaty to perform state registration of the election funds of candidates of Parliament and the election funds (electoral blocs) of political party. To territorial authorities of the Ministry of Justice to perform state registration of the election funds of candidates of maslikhats.

3. To territorial authorities of justice till July 25, 1999 to order and prepare Registers of the election funds, forms of certificates on state registration of the election fund and the registration application in necessary quantity.
