1. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of financial monitoring of Ukraine and the Security Service of Ukraine of August 25, 2009 No. 109/566 "About approval of general regulatory legal acts concerning exchange of information between the State committee of financial monitoring of Ukraine and the Security Service of Ukraine and its protection in the Single state information system in the field of prevention and counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way, and to terrorism financing", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 19, 2009 on No. 1114/17130.

2. To department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Chmeruk N. A.), (Davidyuk V. S.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide to Department of information technologies of Public service of financial monitoring of Ukraine:

provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
