On accomplishment of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 10.12.2003 N 1896 "About the Single state information system in the field of prevention and counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way and to terrorism financing" we ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for exchange of information between the State committee of financial monitoring of Ukraine and the Security Service of Ukraine and its protection in the Single state information system in the field of prevention and counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way, and to terrorism financing (the Procedure is farther), which is applied.
2. Approve the Instruction concerning interaction of administrators of safety of functional subsystem of the Security Service of Ukraine and the central subsystem of the Single state information system in the field of prevention and counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way, and to terrorism financing (further - the Instruction) which is applied.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
