According to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan", "About banks and banking activity" and the Budget code of the Republic of Uzbekistan the Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan decides:
1. Make changes to the Regulations on procedure for crediting of partnerships of private homeowners by commercial banks in national currency approved by the resolution of Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 16, 2002 No. 6/1 (рег. No. 1126 of April 18, 2002) (The bulletin of regulations of the ministries, state committees and departments of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2002, No. 8), according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
