Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 7, 2013 No. 838 "Some questions of accomplishment of the existing and new investment projects (programs, agreements) which provide building-up of production of hydrocarbonic raw material" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 91, the Art. 3346) changes which are applied.

Approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 15, 2015 No. 220
1. In introductory part of the resolution of the word and figures of "subitem 263.9.2 of Item 263.9 of Article 263" shall be replaced with words also in figures of "Item 252.21 of Article 252".
2. According to the procedure of selection and approval of new investment projects (programs, agreements) which provide building-up of production of hydrocarbonic raw material, approved by the specified resolution:
1) in item 4:
word in paragraph four "subitem 263.9.2 of Item 263.9 of Article 263" shall be replaced with words also in figures "Item 252.21 of Article 252";
word in paragraph five of "payment for use of natural resources" shall be replaced with words "rent payment for use of natural resources";
The word "Mindokhodov" to replace 2) in Item 9 with the word "GFS".
3. In the text of the Procedure for determination of additional amounts of the hydrocarbonic raw material approved by the specified resolution shall be replaced with words words of "payment for use of natural resources" "rent payment for use of natural resources".
