For the purpose of implementation of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of March 2, 2015 "About approval of limit of consumption of electrical, heat energy, natural gas, water and withdrawal of drains for state-financed organizations of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2015" I order to No. 87:

1. Approve limits of consumption of electrical, heat energy, natural gas, water and withdrawal of drains for 2015 by the organizations of health care and the educational organizations by areas, the cities of Bishkek and Osh (appendix 1).

2. To coordinators of health care of areas to inform to heads of the organizations of health care and the educational organizations limits of water consumption, electrical, heat energy and natural gas with breakdown on quarters.

Term - till 20.03.2015.

3. To heads of the organizations of health care and educational organizations:

3.1. to strictly observe the set limit of consumption of electrical, heat energy and natural gas, water and drains;

3.2. not allow the facts of connection to power supply system of off-budget consumers and repayment of expenses of the off-budget organizations for heat and electrical energy at the expense of budgetary funds;

3.3. provide provision in UFP of the Ministry of Health quarterly statements (appendix 2) about the actual consumption of electrical and heat energy and natural gas.

Term: The 15th following quarter of month.

4. Determine that for violation of Item 3 of this order MZ KR the personal responsibility is conferred on heads of the organizations.

5. To provide to the head of department of financial policy of MZ KR of Nazarovy Z.D. to the Ministry of Finance of the KR and to the relevant electro-, warm, gas supplying companies, and also PEU "Bishkekvodokanal" the complete inundated list of the subordinated organizations, with indication of the set limit.
