About modification and amendments in some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. Items 20 and 34 of the Regulations on procedure for state registration and the state accounting of vehicles, removals from accounting and modification of the documents connected with registration of vehicles, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of December 31, 2002 No. 1849 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 11, 5/11821; 2007, No. 290, 5/26262; 2011, No. 41, 5/33606) to exclude;

1.2. in subitem 10.17 of Item 10 of the Regulations on the State automobile inspection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2002 No. 1851 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 8, 5/11800; 2011, No. 41, 5/33605):

the ninth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"programs techniques of testing of the vehicles intended for operation on the highways public including re-equiped and also the chassis and components of the vehicles exerting impact on safety of vehicles;";

in paragraph ten of the word "vehicles and trail cars (semitrailer trucks) including re-equiped compound and spare parts, pieces of the additional equipment and belonging to them" shall be replaced with words "the vehicles intended for operation on highways public, including re-equiped and also the chassis and components of vehicles exerting impact on safety of vehicles";
