About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In the Law on privatization of housing stock No. 1324-XII of March 10, 1993 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of June 27, 2006), with subsequent changes to make the following change and addition:

1. Add the law with Article 21-1 of the following content:

"Art. 21-1. – Points of differentiation of internal networks and installations of the apartment house and public networks and installations are:

a) in networks of water supply – exit from the counter established in the cellar of the apartment house according to the conclusion on connection issued by the supplier of service;

b) in sewer networks – well of connection with public network in the direction of drain of sewage;

c) in networks of central heating – the last flanges on the third and fourth latch from elevator node.".

2. State Article 23 in the following edition:

"Art. 23. – (1) Before formation of society of owners of the privatized apartments (houses) with form of business consumer cooperative servicing of the privatized housing, intra house engineering systems is made by the housing and operational organizations based on the agreement signed between owners and these organizations along with issue of the house register.

(2) Societies of owners of the privatized apartments (houses) and other societies of homeowners sign agreements on provision of utilities for the social needs of the house (providing with electrical energy for illumination of staircases, for the elevator, providing with water for washing of dustbins, removal of sewage, collection and export of household waste, operation of fire-proof system) paid in accordance with the terms the signed agreements.
