To fund for management of state-owned property under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to transfer to the jurisdiction of the State agency of physical culture and sport under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic the state company "Issyk Kul Breeding Horse-breeding Centre No. 54" under Fund for management of state-owned property under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. Rename the state company "Issyk Kul Breeding Horse-breeding Centre No. 54" under Fund for management of state-owned property under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic into the state company "Center of Development of Ethnoculture and Horse-racing Industry" under the State agency of physical culture and sport under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic
3. Approve the Charter of the state company "Center of Development of Ethnoculture, Horse-racing Industry and Breeding Horse Breeding" under the State agency on cases of youth, physical culture and sport under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1.
