About modification and amendments in Regulations on purchase of drugs and other products of medical appointment for needs of health care system

Based on articles 6 and 27 of the Law No. 96-XVI of April 13, 2007 on public procurements (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 107-111, 470), with subsequent changes and amendments, and also for the purpose of ensuring efficiency of purchases of medicines and other products of medical appointment for needs of health care system DECIDES: the Government

In the Regulations on purchase of drugs and other products of medical appointment for needs of health care system approved by the Order of the Government No. 568 of September 10, 2009. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 144-147, 632), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1) in the Provision:

a) the words "The Agency on Drugs" shall be replaced with words "The agency on drugs and medical products" in the corresponding case;

b) state Item 5 in the following edition:

"5. Procedure for selection of drugs and medical products for centralized purchases, and also the list of drugs – the commonly accepted international names, the list of medical products and the active implanted medical products – the general names specified in appendix No. 1 to this Provision affirm the order of the Minister of Health.";

c) to add Item 7 after the words "in drugs" with words "-the commonly accepted international names –";

d) in Item 8 of the word "together with the working groups on purchases" to exclude;

e) in Item 14 of the word "prisoners" and "conclusions" to exclude;
