According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 4, 2015 No. UP-4702 "About Creation of the Ministry of Development of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 10, 2015 "About approval of the Regulations on the Ministry of development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan" the State Customs Committee and the Ministry of development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan decide No. 87:

1. Make changes to the Procedure for movement of radio-electronic means and high-frequency devices through customs border of the Republic of Uzbekistan approved by the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Uzbek agency of mail and telecommunications of October 29, 1998 No. No. 05/20-889, 01-8/2504 (рег. No. 526 of November 9, 1998), according to appendix.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

The changes made to the Procedure for movement of radio-electronic means and high-frequency devices through customs border of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. In Item 2 of the word of "The state committee of communication, informatization and telecommunication technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan" shall be replaced with words "The ministries of development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan".

2. To state the subitem "b" of Item 3 in the following edition:

"b) RES, held for use the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Service of homeland security, the State Customs Committee for the purpose of defense and safety of the Republic of Uzbekistan;".

3. In the name of appendix No. 1 of the word of "The state committee of communication, informatization and telecommunication technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan" shall be replaced with words "The ministries of development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan".
