According to the subitem 6) of article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 7, 2014 "About rehabilitation and bankruptcy", I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan - the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 15, 2014 No. 224 "About approval of forms of the final report of rehabilitation and bankrupt managing directors" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 9522, published on June 16, 2014 in information system of law of Ad_let) the following changes:

1, 2 to the specified order to be reworded as follows appendices according to appendices 1, 2 to this order.

2. To committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Ergozhin of E.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order its direction on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
