About measures for streamlining of use of the woods

For the purpose of enhancement of activities in the field of forestry, and also proper protection and rational use of the woods the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Withdraw till December 31, 2015 from the production utility affiliated unitary enterprise "Minsk Forest-park Economy" sites of forest fund according to appendix 1 and provide them to the public specialized forestry and landscape institution subordinated to the Ministry of forestry for forest management, including providing proper sanitary condition of forests on these sites of forest fund and holding actions for cleaning of waste.

2. Approve to the Ministry of forestry creation till December 31, 2015 of the public specialized forestry and landscape institution "Borovlyansky Special Forestry".

3. Accept gratuitously till December 31, 2015 from utility property of Minsk in property of the Republic of Belarus and transfer to operational management of the public specialized forestry and landscape institution "Borovlyansky Special Forestry" property according to appendix 2.

4. Add the list of the state organizations subordinated to the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Belarus, No. 965 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 "About some questions of the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 127, 5/22691; 2008, No. 66, 5/27305; 2009, No. 66, 5/29421; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 21.12. 2012, 5/36650), Item 117 of the following content:
