1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for visit by foreign citizens of National park "Bialowieza Forest".
2. Establish:
the document form, the National park "Bialowieza Forest" granting to foreign citizens the right to individual visit through the check point Pererov ("Беловежа"), according to appendix 1;
the document form, the National park "Bialowieza Forest" granting to foreign citizens the right to group visit through the check point Pererov ("Беловежа"), according to appendix 2.
3. Determine that for the benefit of the foreign citizens intending to visit National park "Bialowieza Forest", the document forms established in appendices 1 and 2 to this resolution can be filled in foreign language.
4. This resolution becomes effective since June 12, 2015.
