About the main directions of development of the mechanism of "single window" in system of regulation of foreign economic activity

Having taken into consideration information of the Eurasian economic commission on work progress on implementation of the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 19, 2012 No. 21 "About realization of the main directions of integration", the Supreme Eurasian economic council at the level of heads of states solved:

1. Approve the enclosed Main directions of development of the mechanism of "single window" in system of regulation of foreign economic activity (further - the Main directions).

2. To the government of the Republic of Belarus, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Russian Federation to ensure further functioning on enhancement of foreign economic activity according to the Main directions.

3. Eurasian economic commission:

together with the Government of the Republic of Belarus, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Russian Federation to develop till December 25, 2014 the draft of the actions plan on realization of the Main directions;

perform monitoring and coordination by the carried-out state members of the Customs union and the Common economic space of works within realization of the Main directions.
