About some questions of development of technological standard rates of water use
Based on Item 6 of article 24 of the Water code of the Republic of Belarus, Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 20, 2013 No. 503 "About some questions of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus" the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish the list of types of economic activity and criteria concerning which technological standard rates of water use, according to appendix are developed.
2. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for development of technological standard rates of water use.
3. This resolution becomes effective since May 21, 2015.
