1. Establish forms:

the notification sent by the legal entity to National Bank of the Republic of Belarus for consideration of question of inclusion of the legal entity in the register of the legal entities performing accounting of bills of exchange according to appendix 1 to this resolution;

notifications on inclusion of the legal entity in the register of the legal entities performing accounting of bills of exchange according to appendix 2 to this resolution.

2. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for creation and maintaining the register of the legal entities performing accounting of bills of exchange.
