About some questions of information security of the Russian Federation

For the purpose of counteraction to threats of information security of the Russian Federation when using the Internet in the territory of the Russian Federation I decide:

1. Transform the segment of the international computer network "Internet" for federal bodies of the government and public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation which is under authority of Federal Guard Service of the Russian Federation to the Russian state segment of the Internet (further - Internet network) which is element of the Russian part of Internet network and providing:

a) connection to Internet network of the state information systems and information and telecommunication networks of state bodies, and also information systems and information and telecommunication networks of the organizations created for accomplishment of the tasks set for federal state bodies intended for interaction with it;

b) accommodation (publication) in Internet network of information of state bodies and the organizations called in the subitem "an" of this Item.

2. Approve the enclosed procedure for connection of information systems and information and telecommunication networks to the Internet and placements (publication) of information in it through the Russian state segment of the Internet.

3. Provide to Federal Guard Service of the Russian Federation maintenance, operation and development of the Russian state segment of Internet network.

4. To Administration of the President of the Russian Federation, the Russian Government Office, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, federal executive bodies and executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation to perform connection of the state information systems and information and telecommunication networks which are under their authority to the Russian state segment of Internet network till December 31, 2017 and to provide placement (publication) of information in Internet network according to the procedure approved by this Decree.
