1. Approve the enclosed Rules of conducting the state accounting, the inventory and monitoring of fauna in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Determine responsible for conducting the state accounting, the inventory and monitoring of fauna the following state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) on the animals carried to subjects to hunting and used in other economic purposes on insects - the wreckers of the wood and insects useful to the wood, on the animals included in the Red List of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Committee of forest and hunting economy of the Ministry of environmental protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) on the fish resources and other water animals carried to objects of fishery and used in other economic purposes - Committee of fishery of the Ministry of environmental protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) on insects - wreckers of plants (except insects of wreckers of the wood) and the insect useful for agricultural kulturministerstvo of agricultural industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
