About modification of the Regulations on the state committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on privatization, demonopolization and development of the competition
For the purpose of streamlining of questions of appointment and release of workers on executive positions in system of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on privatization, demonopolization and development of the competition the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Bring in the Regulations on the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on privatization, demonopolization and development of the competition approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of December 30, 2012 No. 374 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2012, No. 12, the Art. 94), changes according to appendix.
2. To the state committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on privatization, demonopolization and development of the competition to bring the departmental regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution in a month.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov.
