About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 1, 2010 No. 243 and of October 17, 2011 No. 1056

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 1, 2010 No. 243 "About approval of the State target economic program of energy efficiency and development of the sphere of production of energy carriers from renewable energy resources and alternative types of fuel for 2010-2015" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010, No. 16, Art. 762; 2011, No. 32, Art. 1347; 2012, No. 13, Art. 484, No. 77, Art. 3111; 2013, No. 73, Art. 2697; 2014, No. 76, the Art. 2152) and of October 17, 2011 No. 1056 "Some questions of use of means in the field of energy efficiency and energy saving" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 80, Art. 2945; 2012, Art. No. 52 2081, No. 87, Art. 3541; 2013, No. 73, Art. 2697; 2014, No. 80, the Art. 2268) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 1, 2010 No. 243 and of October 17, 2011 No. 1056

1. In the State target economic program of energy efficiency and development of the sphere of production of energy carriers from renewable energy resources and alternative types of fuel for 2010-2015 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 1, 2010 No. 243:

1) in the Section "Tasks and Actions":

in the paragraph the sixteenth words of "part of the credit" shall be replaced with words "credit amounts";

add the Section after the paragraph of the sixteenth with new paragraphs of the following content:

"-Stimulation of the population to implementation of energy efficient actions by compensation of part of credit amount involved on acquisition of the energy efficient equipment and/or materials;

- Stimulation of associations of co-owners of apartment houses, housing cooperatives to implementation of energy efficient actions by compensation of part of credit amount involved on acquisition of the energy efficient equipment and/or materials;".

With respect thereto the seventeenth - the fifty ninth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the nineteenth - the sixty first;

2) undressed "Amounts and sources of financing" to state in the following edition:

"Amounts and sources of financing

The approximate amount of financing of the Program constitutes 343, 42 billion hryvnias, including one billion 5,11 - at the expense of the government budget, 15 billion - at the expense of local budgets, 323, of 31 billion hryvnias - at the expense of other sources.";

3) in appendices to the Program:

to state Item 7 of appendix 1 in the following edition:

in appendix 2:
