According to Item 5 of Article 44 and Articles 104, and for the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 11, 2015 "About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the republican budget for 2015 - 2017" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES: 111 Budget codes of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 4, 2008

1. Increase annual plan assignments of the appropriate budget programs at the expense of remaining balance of budgetary funds of the republican budget for 2015 according to appendix 1 to this resolution.

2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 11, 2014 No. 1300 "About implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the republican budget for 2015 - 2017" the following changes and amendments:

state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. Accept to execution the republican budget for 2015 - 2017, including for 2015 in the following amounts:

1) the income - 5874940963 thousand tenges, including on:

to tax revenues - 3064822209 thousand tenges;

to non-tax receipts - 145596084 thousand tenges;

to sales proceeds of fixed capital - 9508247 thousand tenges;

to receipts of transfers - 2655014423 thousand tenges;

2) costs - 6865432449 thousand tenges;

3) net budget crediting - 78361053 thousand tenges, including:

budget credits - 190476745 thousand tenges;

repayment of budget credits - 112115692 thousand tenges;

4) balance on transactions with financial assets - 188864239 thousand tenges, including:

acquisition of financial assets - 189814239 thousand tenges;

sales proceeds of financial assets of the state - 950000 thousand tenges;

5) deficit-1257716778 thousand tenges or 3 percent to country gross domestic product;

6) budget deficit financing - 1257716778 thousand tenges.";

in Item 2:

add with subitem 5-1) of the following content:

"5-1) distribution of the amounts of target current transfers to regional budgets, budgets of the cities of Astana and Almaty on content of divisions of local executive bodies of agro-industrial complex according to appendix 5-1) to this resolution;";

6) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"6) distribution of the amounts of target current transfers to regional budgets, budgets of the cities of Astana and Almaty on payment of the monthly allowance for special working conditions to official pay rates of the employees of public institutions who are not government employees and also employees of the state state companies financed from local budgets according to appendix 6 to this resolution;";

add with subitem 6-1) of the following content:

"6-1) distribution of the amounts of target current transfers to regional budgets, budgets of the cities of Astana and Almaty on content of the number of staff of departments of civil registration according to appendix 6-1 to this resolution;";

23-2) distribution of the amounts of target current transfers to regional budgets on the organization and carrying out exploration on underground waters for economic and drinking water supply of settlements according to appendix 23-2 to this resolution;";

"28-1) distribution of the amounts of target current transfers to regional budgets, budgets of the cities of Astana and Almaty on acquisition of housing of utility housing stock according to appendix 28-1 to this resolution;

28-2) distribution of the amounts of target current transfers to regional budgets, budgets of the cities of Astana and Almaty on content of the number of staff of authorized body on control of use and protection of lands according to appendix 28-2 to this resolution;

28-3) distribution of the amounts of target current transfers to regional budgets, budgets of the cities of Astana and Almaty on content of the number of staff of local executive bodies for architecture, town planning, construction and the state architectural construction supervision according to appendix 28-3 to this resolution;";

state Item 3 in the following edition:

"3. Allocate from the means provided in the republican budget for 2015 on implementation of actions within the Road map of employment 2020, the amount in the amount of 27270749 thousand tenges for transfer:

1) target current transfers to regional budgets, budgets of the cities of Astana and Almaty in the amount of 10801396 thousand tenges for financing of the following events:

To the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan 2427728 thousand tenges on professional training of personnel;

To the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan 8373668 thousand tenges, including on:

partial subsidizing of the salary - 1305746 thousand tenges;

training in entrepreneurship bases - 141114 thousand tenges;

provision of subsidies for moving - 11668 thousand tenges;

professional training, retraining and advanced training of personnel - 1235128 thousand tenges;

construction and (or) acquisition of the office dwelling - 64000 thousand tenges; construction and (or) acquisition of housing for resettlement of inhabitants of settlements Kalatches and Krasnogorsk Akmola area - 2000000 thousand tenges;

construction, acquisition, completion of hostels for youth - 244934 thousand tenges;

development and (or) acquisition of engineering and communication infrastructure - 160016 thousand tenges;

3) target transfers to regional budgets, budgets of the cities of Astana and Almaty on employment through development of infrastructure and housing and communal services in the amount of 13792877 thousand tenges for financing of the following events:

To the ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan on repair of housing and communal services, engineering and transport infrastructure and welfare objects and improvement of settlements - 12403095 thousand tenges;

To the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan on construction of the medical out-patient clinics and medical and obstetrical centers located in rural settlements - 1389782 thousand tenges;

4) to the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan on implementation of actions on employment of the population in the amount of 207526 thousand tenges, including on:

ensuring information maintenance and information work - 60000 thousand tenges;

information and methodological maintenance of program implementation "The road map of employment of 2020" - 147526 thousand tenges.";

To local executive bodies in 2015 financial year to use (to doispolzovat) the unused (underused) amounts of the target transfers on development allocated from the republican budget in 2014, with respect for their purpose at the expense of remaining balance of budgetary funds of local budgets for the beginning of financial year on the amount of unpaid part of the registered obligations of last financial year according to appendix 29 to this resolution.

4. To the central executive bodies in week time to make in the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan offers on reduction of earlier made decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in compliance with this resolution.

5. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2015.
