About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 9, 2015 No. 160 and modification and amendments in some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus
For the purpose of implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 9, 2015 "About modification and amendments in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 160
1. Provide in 2015 to open joint stock companies "Savings bank "Belarusbank", "Belagroprombank", "The Belarusian development bank and reconstruction Belinvestbank and BPS-Sberbank of guarantee of the Government of the Republic of Belarus in repayment of principal debt on the credits and interest for using by them issued to the woodworking organizations according to Item 5 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 18, 2007 No. 529 "About some measures for development of the woodworking industry" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 252, 1/9040), and also renewed in euros according to Item 5-1 of this Decree for which repayment periods according to Item 5-2 of this Decree are prolonged.
2. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
2.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 25, 2008 No. 105 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 18, 2007 No. 529" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 31, 5/26711; 2009, No. 183, 5/30210; 2010, No. 301, 5/32964; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 09.08. 2013, 5/37650):
2.1.1. in paragraph three of Item 1 of figure "2014" to replace with figures "2016";
2.1.2. in subitem 3.4 of Item 3:
state paragraph two in the following edition:
"for 2009-2010 funds for compensation of part of interest for using the credits according to appendix 1 to this resolution received in Belarusian rubles - in the amount of 50 percent of the refunding rate of National Bank established for date of compensation of percent in foreign currency, - in the amount of 50 percent of rate on the credit, for 2011-2014 - payment 100 interest for using these credits, for 2015 - to 100 interest for using these credits in the sizes determined by the Government of the Republic of Belarus by each basic organization (the paragraph third subitem 14.2 of Item 14 of the Decree);";
in paragraph three of figure "2022" to replace with figures "2029";
add the subitem with the paragraph the fifth the following content:
"for 2016-2029 funds for payment of part of interest for using the credits specified in part one of Item 52 of the Decree, in Belarusian rubles - in the amount of 50 percent of the refunding rate of National Bank established on payment date of percent in foreign currency - in the amount of 50 percent of rate on the credit (the paragraph of the sixth of subitem 14.2 of Item 14 of the Decree).";
2.1.3. in Item 5:
replace figures "2023" with figures "2030";
replace the word "payments" with the word "payments";
the words "the third and fourth" shall be replaced with words "third, fourth and sixth";
