About the Advisory committee concerning consumer protection of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union

According to Items 7 and 44of the Regulations on the Eurasian economic commission (appendix №1 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014), the subitem 3 of Item 6 of the Protocol on carrying out coordinated policy in the field of consumer protection (appendix №13 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) the Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Create the Advisory committee concerning consumer protection of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union.

2. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the Advisory committee concerning consumer protection of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union.

3. Determine that before adoption by the Supreme Eurasian economic council of the decision on fixing of functions of the Eurasian economic commission in the field of consumer protection of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union for the member of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of obligation of the chairman of the Advisory committee concerning consumer protection of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union are performed by the member of Board (Minister) of technical regulation of the Eurasian economic commission by Radicular V. N.

4. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
