1. Approve the enclosed Rules of realization of ethyl alcohol with payment of excise by the organizations using it in the technical purposes or in case of production of not alcoholic products.

2. To the Tax Committees on areas, the cities of Astana and Almaty to perform issue of Permissions to realization of ethyl alcohol with payment of excise to the organizations using it in the technical purposes or in case of production of not alcoholic products.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Chairman of Committee on the state control over production and turnover of alcoholic products of the Ministry of state revenues of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 28, 1999 No. 232 "About realization of ethyl alcohol with payment of excise to the organizations using it in the technical purposes, or in case of production of not alcoholic products" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 957 of October 29, 1999).

4. This order becomes effective from the date of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
