Determine that structural divisions of the territorial authorities of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine providing realization of powers of the Public registration service of Ukraine in the field of state registration of legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs, continue to perform powers and functions in certain sphere before completion of implementation of actions for their transfer to the territorial Ministries of Justice of Ukraine of bodies.
3. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of July 23, 2014 No. 1197/5 "About carrying out registration actions concerning legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs whose location/residence is the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 24, 2014 for No. 859/25636 (with changes).
