About preparation for work during the autumn and winter period of 2015/2016
For the purpose of providing regular supply with fuel and energy resources and preparation for steady work during the autumn and winter period of 2015/2016 the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. To the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom taking into account results of functioning in heating season of 2014/2015 of sources of electrical and heat energy, gas, power and thermal networks, objects of the social sphere, housing and communal services, transport, the organizations to develop till June 1, 2015 and to realize till October 1, 2015 the organizational and technical actions providing steady and reliable fuel - and power supply of consumers during the autumn and winter period of 2015/2016.
Recommend education in case of regional - mountains - and district executive committees and in the organizations of the commissions for coordination of carrying out preparatory and repair work, creation of necessary fuel reserves.
2. Establish amounts:
carried out in 2015 by the republican unitary enterprises of power industry which are part of the national production association of power industry of Belenergo, and the organizations of housing and communal services of works on replacement and construction of thermal networks according to appendices 1 and 2, having provided use of previously isolated pipes in the amounts, greatest possible on technical and economic indicators. In case of adoption of other project decision approval with regional and Minsk city managements on supervision of rational use of fuel and energy resources of Department on energy efficiency of the State committee on standardization is necessary;
