1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for provision of soft credits to citizens on gasification of the housing stock operated by them approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 18, 2006 No. 1554 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 198, 5/24253), the following changes and amendments:
1.1. state Items 5 and 6 in the following edition:
"5. For determination of the size of money which is necessary for the citizen for gasification of the housing stock operated by it the gas supplying organizations based on requests of the Gorispolkoms and district executive committees prepare the list of costs for performance of works on designing and construction of facilities of gas-distributing and intra house systems for gasification of the operated housing stock (further - the list of costs) according to Item of 1 this provision providing including the gas equipment (the gas stove, heating coppers, water heaters, devices for accounting of consumption of gas (counters), devices for regulation of pressure of gas (pressure regulators), gas contamination signaling devices, electromagnetic and thermolocking valves which producers are the companies of the Republic of Belarus and the organization of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union if they are provided by the project.
