About approval of the Regulations on procedure for provision of soft credits to citizens on gasification of the housing stock operated by them
Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for provision of soft credits to citizens on gasification of the housing stock operated by them.
2. To the Ministry of Finance to provide funds for compensation to open joint stock company "Belarusbank savings bank of the losses connected with provision to citizens of soft credits in compliance item 4 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 2, 2006 No. 368 "About measures for regulation of the relations in case of gasification of the operated housing stock of citizens" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 89, 1/7643) on the financing of designing and construction of facilities of gas-distributing and intra house systems established:
subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of this Decree - by preparation of regulatory legal act about refining of separate indicators of the republican budget for 2006;
subitems 2.1 and 2.2 of Item 2 of this Decree - when forming the draft of the republican budget for 2007 and the next financial (budget) years.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
