1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 13, 2007 No. 1738 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for submission of documents based on which the realization of the right to the state social privileges, rights and guarantees by separate categories of citizens" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 304, 5/26395 is enabled; 2009, No. 187, 5/30251):

in subitems 2.9.1-2.9.3 of the word "certificates on the right to privileges and the insert in the specified certificate issued by the bodies performing their provision of pensions according to appendix 4" shall be replaced with words "certificates of the combat veteran in the territory of other states issued by the bodies performing their provision of pensions";
to exclude appendices 1 and 4 to this Provision;
