1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order its direction on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;
3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 20, 2013 No. 339 "About approval of Rules of compensation to the state of the budgetary funds spent for training of the military personnel of Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan for No. 8483, No. 207-208 published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper of June 19, 2013 (27481-27482).
