About approval of the qualification requirements imposed to activities in the field of veterinary science, and the list of the documents confirming compliance to them

According to subitem 1-1) of Item 1 of article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About permissions and notifications" I ORDER:

1. Approve:

1) qualification requirements and the list of the documents confirming compliance to them for implementation of activities in the field of veterinary science for production of medicines of veterinary appointment according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) qualification requirements and the list of the documents confirming compliance to them for implementation of activities in the field of veterinary science for conducting veterinary and sanitary examination of products and raw materials of animal origin according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. To provide to department of veterinary and food safety of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising Vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its first official publication.
