About modification of article 25 of the Law of Ukraine "About leaves"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Part one of article 25 of the Law of Ukraine "About leaves" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1997, No. 2, Art. 4; 2000, No. 51-52, of Art. 449; 2005, No. 9, Art. 178, No. 26, Art. 353; 2010, 31, the Art. 417) to add No. with Item 18 of the following content:

"18) to workers for conducting anti-terrorist operation in the respective settlement taking into account time necessary for return to place of employment, but no more than seven calendar days after decision making about the termination of anti-terrorist operation".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. Determine that the calculation of the amount of single fee on obligatory national social insurance established by the penultimate paragraph of part five, the paragraph third parts six of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About collection and accounting of single fee on obligatory national social insurance" (with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of December 28, 2014 No. 77-VIII), is performed without workers who are granted leaves non-paid according to Item 18 parts one of article 25 of the Law of Ukraine "About leaves".
