1. The Section I of Licensed conditions of implementation of professional activity in the security market - activities for management of mortgage covering, No. approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of February 07, 2012 235, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 28, 2012 on No. 328/20641, to add with new Item of the following content:
"3. Documents (their copy) which according to these Licensed conditions are filed to the National commission on securities and the stock market and shall be certified by seal (seals), need such certificate in the presence at the legal entity of corresponding seal (seals).".
2. To provide to department of general investment and regulation of activities of institutional investors (A. Simonenko) submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. And clerical works (A. Zaik) to provide to management of information technologies promulgation of this decision in the official site of the National commission on securities and the stock market.
4. (A. Zbarazhskaya) to provide to management of internal audit and communications publication of this decision in the official printing publication of the National commission on securities and the stock market.
5. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
