1. Establish the purchase order (procurement, delivery) in 2015 of waste of paper and cardboard and waste of glass for republican state needs (further, unless otherwise specified, - the state order) in amounts according to appendix.
2. Determine the state customers by delivery (procurement, delivery) for republican state needs of waste:
paper and cardboard - the Belarusian production and trade concern forest, woodworking and pulp and paper industry and the organizations which are its part specializing in production of cardboard and paper products and also Zelenoborskoye open joint stock company;
glasses - the state trade production association of Belresursa - managing company of holding of Belresursa.
3. Add the list of republican state needs, and also the state customers on deliveries (purchases) of goods for republican state needs for 2015 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 24, 2014 No. 1236 "About the list of republican state needs, and also the state customers on deliveries (purchases) of goods for republican state needs for 2015" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 27.12.2014, 5/39905), line item
"Deliveries (procurement, delivery) of waste of paper and cardboard and waste of glass are determined by the separate resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus".
