About questions of Committee on local development in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan

1. Approve the Provision and Structure of central office of Committee on local development in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan (appendices 1 and 2).

2. Establish the extreme number of staff of Committee on local development in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan in number of 35 units (without service personnel).

3. Establish to Committee on local development in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan two vice-chairmen, including the one first deputy, and also Board as a part of 5 people and limit of automobile office cars in number of 3 units.

4. To make financing of Committee on local development in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan at the expense of means of the republican budget and other sources in coordination with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan.

5. To the government of the Republic of Tajikistan:

- perform assignment and other material logistics of Committee on local development in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan;

- in two-month time to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Decree;

- allocate the building to Committee on local development in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.
