About approval of standard form of the development plan for subjects of hunting economy

According to the subitem 13) of Item 1 of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 9, 2004 "About protection, reproduction and use of fauna", I ORDER:

1. Approve standard form of the development plan for subjects of hunting economy according to appendix to this order.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of environmental protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 16, 2013 No. 246-p "About approval of standard form of the development plan for subjects of hunting and fish farms" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan for No. 8648, No. 265 published of September 4, 2013 (27539) in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper).

3. To provide to committee of forestry and fauna of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising Vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
