Service regulations of devices of challenge of the emergency field services

1. These rules determine method of operation of devices of challenge of the emergency field services (further - devices).

2. Devices of challenge of the emergency field services are operated for determination on the basis of use of signals of the global navigation satellite system of the Russian Federation of coordinates of the location of the vehicle on which they are established of speed and the directions of its movement and ensuring forming, transfer in not adjusted type of information about the vehicle in case of road and transport and other incidents on highways in the Russian Federation, and also two-way voice communication of the vehicle with the emergency field services on networks of mobile radiotelephone communication.

3. Operation of devices is provided with owners of the vehicles which are subject to equipment by devices. Equipment of vehicles devices is performed according to the requirements provided by the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of wheel vehicles".

4. Operation of devices and their maintenance are performed according to technical documentation of producers of devices or producers of the vehicles equipped with devices.
