1. Bring in "The instruction content, registration and procedure for submission to State commission of the Republic of Tajikistan on inventories of minerals (KDZ) of materials of the inventories of minerals proving permanent standards on mineral raw materials and counted in subsoil", the Chief of Head department of geology approved by the Order in case of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of October 29, 2009 No. 13 and registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan at number 554 of December 18, 2009, change and amendment according to appendix:
2. Oblige the relevant departments and geological expeditions of the Head geological department, leading organizations exploration works, and also subsoil users to provide execution of this order.
3. This order to provide in accordance with the established procedure for State registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan.
4. This order to enact after state registration and official publication.
5. Declare invalid the Order of the Chief of Head department of geology in case of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of October 29, 2012 No. 18-f and of July 26, 2013 No. 17-f
6. Control of execution of this order to assign to the Chairman of State commission of the Republic of Tajikistan on inventories of minerals.

1. State Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. This Instruction is developed according to Item 8 of the Regulations on State commission of the Republic of Tajikistan on inventories of minerals approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 30, 2007 No. 656 and determines relevant requirements and instructions to content, rules of registration and procedure for representation in state examination of the materials proving permanent standards on mineral raw materials for stock counting and materials of stock counting of minerals in subsoil. 3. Combine Items 3-66 in Chapter 2 and to state the name of Chapter in the following edition:
"Chapter 2. Contents, registrations and procedure for submission to State commission of the Republic of Tajikistan on inventories of minerals of the materials proving permanent standards on mineral raw materials for stock counting of minerals in subsoil";
4. Add the Instruction with Chapter 3 following of content:
"Chapter 3. Contents, registrations and procedure for submission to State commission of the Republic of Tajikistan on inventories of minerals of materials of stock counting of minerals in subsoil.
67. For the purpose of creation of conditions for rational complex use of subsoil, determinations of payment for use of natural resources, borders of the subsoil plots provided in use, inventories of minerals of the reconnoitered fields are subject to state examination. The positive conclusion of bodies of state examination about reliability and the economic importance of explored reserves of minerals is the basis for their statement on the state accounting and the compulsory provision of the beginning of industrial development of the field. State examination can be carried out at any stage of geological studying of the field under condition if the geological materials represented for examination allow to give objective assessment of quantity and quality of inventories of mineral, their economic importance, mining, hydrogeological, ecological and other conditions of their production.
68. In necessary cases inventories of minerals can be subjected to repeated state examination. Repeated state examination of inventories of minerals, their recalculation and reapproval is carried out at the initiative of the interested state bodies or the subsoil user in cases: - increases more than for 50% of balance sheet inventories of minerals in comparison with earlier approved State commission of the Republic of Tajikistan on inventories of minerals (The departmental commissions on inventories of minerals) by results before studying of the field in the course of its development;
- losses of industrial value or not confirmation of balance sheet inventories of minerals of the field in the course of its working off in the sizes exceeding the established standard rates on write-off of inventories of minerals from balance of the mining companies;
