About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the higher education" concerning enhancement of acceptance on training and placements of the state order

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About the higher education" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, Art. No. 37-38, 2004) the following changes:

1. To add article 4 part one after the paragraph of third with the new paragraph of the following content:

"Citizens of Ukraine who did not finish training for means of the government or local budget in certain extent of education have the right to get higher education repeatedly free of charge in the state and utility higher educational institutions on the same extent of education, on condition of compensation in the government or local budget of the means spent for fee on training of specialists, according to the procedure, established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".

With respect thereto the fourth - the eighth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the fifth - the ninth.

2. In Article 44:
