In Item 2 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 24, 2008 No. 1007 "About collection for driving of the vehicles registered in the territory of foreign states through highways of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2009, No. 2, the Art. 216) the words "over ton 3,5" shall be replaced with words "from 3,5 to 12 tons inclusive".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of entry into force of Item 3 of article 3 of the Federal Law of April 6, 2011 No. 68-FZ "About modification of the Budget code of the Russian Federation and separate legal acts of the Russian Federation".
