Decides:

1. Approve changes and amendments in the Instruction No. 199 "About procedure for provision of the microcredits in the microfinancial organizations", approved by the Resolution of Board of National Bank of Tajikistan of November 29, 2012, No. 308 and registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan of February 28, 2013, (are applied) No. 705.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide this Resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan for state registration and to enact after state registration and official publication.

3. Authorize the Director of the department of banking supervision (Davlatov I. H) in case of state registration of this Resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan in case of need to make the changes and additions of editorial nature in the text of appendix of this Resolution which are not changing it content.

4. To assign execution of Item 2 of this Resolution to Department of banking supervision (Davlatov I. H.), Legal Management (Davlatov Sh. F.) and Press service (Kurbanov A. A.).

5. To impose control of execution of this Resolution on the Vice-chairman of National Bank of Tajikistan Nematov A. H.
