Regulations on stationary Items of observations

1. General provisions

1. This Regulations on stationary Items of observations (further - the Provision) are developed according to Item 3 of article 145-1 of the Ecological code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 9, 2007 and establish the purposes, tasks, functions and the main requirements to the organization, functioning of stationary Items of observations (further - SPN) and to ensuring their activities.

2. Terms and determinations

2. In this Provision the following terms and determinations are used:

1) agrometeorological observations - simultaneous observations of meteorological elements (air temperature, amount of precipitation and others), growth and development of agricultural plants, condition of the soil and the held agrotechnical events;

2) aktinometrichesky observations - observations over intensity of direct, scattered and total solar radiation, and also over the effective radiation, radiation balance and albedo (reflecting soil capability);
