- change according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the state fee" the corresponding rates of the state fee for issue of the passport of the citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic of sample of 2004 and the all-civil passport of the citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic of sample of 2004;

- to promptly take measures for providing citizens with passports of the citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic of sample of 2004 and all-civil passports of the citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic of sample of 2004;

- draft the relevant amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the state fee" for the subsequent entering into Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic.
