According to Item 1 of part 4 of article 26 of the Federal law "About Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation concerning Social Protection of Disabled People in connection with Ratification of the Convention on the Rights of Disabled People" Government of the Russian Federation decides:
2. To federal executive bodies to develop actions plans ("road maps") on increase in measure values of availability to disabled people of objects and services in the established fields of activity according to the Rules approved by this resolution and to approve them in time, providing realization of the relevant activities since January 1, 2016.
3. Recommend to the supreme bodies of the executive authority of subjects of the Russian Federation and local government bodies to develop according to the Rules approved by this resolution, actions plans ("road maps") on increase in measure values of availability to disabled people of objects and services according to subjects of the Russian Federation and municipalities and to approve them in time, specified in Item 2 of this resolution.
4. To make to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation explanations on application of the Rules approved by this resolution.
5. The rules approved by this resolution become effective since January 1, 2016.
