About modification of Item 10 of Rules of implementation of bank support of contracts

1. Add Item 10 of Rules of implementation of bank support of the contracts approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 20, 2014 No. 963 "About implementation of bank support of contracts" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 39, the Art. 5259), paragraphs of the following content:

"In case of exception of the bank performing bank support of the contract based on the agreement on bank maintenance signed for ensuring federal needs, needs of the subject of the Russian Federation, municipal needs from the specified list this bank performs bank support of the contract to contract completion if respectively the Government of the Russian Federation, by the supreme executive body of the government of the subject of the Russian Federation, local administration does not make the decision on the termination of bank support of the contract by such bank.

Features of implementation of bank support of contracts, including requirements to the banks performing bank support of contracts can be established by the essential conditions of contracts determined by the Government of the Russian Federation.".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2015.
