1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 8, 2013 No. 597 "About enhancement of payment terms of work of heads of the organizations depending on results of financial and economic activities, recognition voided some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and their separate structural elements" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 13.07. 2013, 5/37538; 01:01. 2014, 5/38229) following changes and amendments:
1.1. in Item 2:
in subitem 2.1:
"(or)" to exclude the word from part four;
after part five to add the subitem with parts of the following content:
"In case of appointment of the head of the organization to position or decision making about reduction to the head of the organization within accounting year of the coefficient established according to parts one and the second this subitem, calculation of the actual value of this coefficient is made by the accruing result since the month following after month in which the contract is signed or the specified decision is made (the contract is changed).
In case of decision making about increase to the head of the organization of the coefficient established according to parts one and the second this subitem, calculation of the actual value of this coefficient is made by the accruing result since the beginning of accounting year proceeding from the new size of coefficient.
Calculation of the actual value of coefficient for the head of the organization to which as a result of reorganization other organization with creation based on property of the attached organization of branch or structural division is attached can according to the decision of the body which signed the contract to be made within three years without salary fund and the average number of employees of this branch or structural division.
