the analysis of practice of application of the privileges provided by the subitem 5 of Item 1 of Article 67, the subitem 4 of Item 1 of Article 259.3 and Item 21 of article 381 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation with submission of the corresponding report to the Government of the Russian Federation at least 2 times a year, since January 1, 2016.

3.
